She Makes Gym Sessions Social

Emily might walk dog Colombo solo, but when it comes to intense exercise, she loves it group-style.

Speaking to InStyle, Emily revealed: “I'm one of those people who, if I go to the gym by myself, there's a 50/50 chance of me actually working out and really pushing myself, so the class environment works really, really well for me,” adding:

“I am also someone who, even in a class, will get chatty and [distracted]. I think that’s the great thing about STRONG — the music keeps me really focused and in the zone."

She Loves A Balanced Lifestyle

Emily loves to travel and attend high-profile events, but she knows the value of chill time.

The Mayo Clinic advises:

"Indeed, stress symptoms can affect your body, your thoughts and feelings, and your behavior. Being able to recognize common stress symptoms can help you manage them. Stress that's left unchecked can contribute to many health problems, such as high blood pressure, heart disease, obesity and diabetes."

She Gets Her Beauty Sleep

The Versace ambassador knows the value of getting her eight hours, having stated:

"For me, the way I sleep afterwards is one of the main reasons to work out. I am always on my phone working and I think that's affected my sleep. I'm also really light-sensitive. When I work out, it's better than taking a melatonin. Because my body has worked hard, my brain finally rests and I think that is so valuable in this day and age — not to sound like an old geezer, but truly I feel that way."

She Keeps Her Beauty Basic

The Kerastase promo face likely gets hundreds of beauty products sent to her for free, but likes to keep her skincare simple.

Emily told Into The Gloss: “In quarantine, I went crazy and ordered a bunch of skincare products,” adding: “One of the things I’ve learned about beauty: I just need the basics and for them to be really good. That was one of the ways that my skin freaked out, because I was overusing products.”

She Splashes Water On Her Face

"I don’t even use face wash—I clean my face with water. Then, I use a little bit of drugstore moisturizer, like Neutrogena, to take off my makeup. I put it on and rub off eye makeup with a tissue; it’s the fastest, easiest makeup remover," EmRata continued.
