She Is Recovering Well

The 44-year-old Mad Men star wasn't about to let her stitches get in the way of her regular Instagram posts. Despite the injury, January was still in high spirits as she posed for pics.

She Makes Time For Relaxation

Rest and relaxation are important parts of her routine. Injury or not, January always makes sure that her body gets ample time to rest.

She regularly posts videos on Instagram where she can be seen pampering herself while in the bathtub. In one of her bath videos, the actress shared that she treated herself to a "Yes Day" and her son Xavier was in full support of her pamper day.

She Spends Time Under The Sun

To get her regular dose of vitamin D, January often spends time in her backyard, where she has a gorgeous lounge area for relaxing.

Without vitamin D, bones can become soft and brittle, says Mayo Clinic. This can lead to osteoporosis, immune system disorders, muscle problems, and more. Experts recommend taking supplements if you don't get enough vitamin D from sun exposure or dietary sources.

She Tries New Exercises

To keep her body fit and healthy, January exercises regularly. She loves doing yoga and has been known to show off impressive inversions on her Insta feed.

When she is in the mood to spice things up, she is up for trying new workouts. She picked up a new hobby of hula hooping over quarantine and shared her joy in her newfound activity.

"I’m very serious about staying sane and fit so here I’m am working out," she captioned her post on Instagram.

She Doesn't Believe In Regret

When it comes to her life philosophy, she is all about living free from regret. In an interview with Red, she shared that she doesn't believe in regret. Everything that has happened in her life, even the mistakes, has brought her to where she is, and where she is right now is a great place to be.

"I don’t believe in regret. I just try to be a better person. Try to be a better mum. Maybe it’s an ego thing. But I think even missteps are done for a reason. I have déjà vu a lot and someone once told me that when you feel déjà vu a lot, it’s because you are living your life the way it should be lived. And so I feel – even if it’s been a mistake – it has led me to where I am now. Which is great. So, no, to answer your question: I don’t believe in regretting anything.”
