Demi Lovato has managed to always look superfit. The 29-year-old singer, songwriter, and actor shows off her trim in sportswear.

They Show Off Their Trim Form

Lovato showed off trim form in fitness gear. The singer-actress looked super fit in a few snaps shared by a fan account on Instagram. They wore lemon green tights that showed off their toned thighs and a matching sports bra with their toned abs on full display. In one snap, the Confident singer showed off their pearly whites while rocking a lemon green sports bra. Their hair was pulled back in a ponytail with the cute lion tattoo on the back of their wrist on display. They were also seen engaging in boxing training.

They Put In The Work


When Lovato released their hit single Cool for the Summer, their level of confidence was breathtaking. However, they have had to put in the work to achieve such breathtaking confidence.

“I would really dedicate all of my free time to bettering myself, and not just physically, but mentally as well. Part of that journey was working out, eating healthy, and learning how to truly embrace a full lifestyle change,” they explained.

They Prioritize Healthy Living


Eating healthier and working out are top on the list of Lovato's priorities. “Making a healthy lifestyle a priority with my busy schedule is actually really easy,” the Let It Go singer shared. “I do treat myself here and there, but for the most part, I feel better when I eat healthy. I feel better when I’m busy and exercising at the same time because I have more energy when I work out and eat healthy, so for me it’s essential.”

The singer channeled this newfound confidence into her fifth studio album, Confident album which was released in 2015. 

They Use Fitness As Self-Care


Lovato originally started their fitness routine because they were “tired of feeling lethargic.” For them, healthy living is a form of self-care. Although the The Skin Of My Teeth singer now works out six days a week, they take Sundays off. According to Faze, their workout routine includes cardio, strength training, and MMA.

Ju-jitsu is one workout the singer really enjoys. When it comes to their diet, Lovato loves natural whole foods and stays away from processed food. “No processed foods, and not really any refined sugar or flour, but I sometimes treat myself!” The singer's treats include cashews and chocolate.

They Love The Aftermath Of Fitness


For Lovato, the favorite part of fitness is the after-feeling. “My favorite part about fitness is the way you feel afterward,” they told Popsugar. Since starting her healthy regimen, the singer said they have noticed a drastic change in her mood and mental health. Mayo Clinic says, when you have depression or anxiety, exercise often seems like the last thing you want to do. But once you get motivated, exercise can make a big difference.

Research shows that the psychological and physical benefits of exercise can also help improve mood and reduce anxiety. Meeting exercise goals or challenges, even small ones, can boost your self-confidence.
