Nicole Scherzinger knows how to turn up the heat when it comes to displaying her fabulous figure and jaw-dropping curves. The 44-year-old sizzled on Instagram with racy bikini snaps as she basks in the Santorini sun.

She Flaunts Her Gorgeous Figure

 

Nicole once again showcased her gorgeous figure in a series of sultry poses while basking in the Santorini evening sun. The Pussycat Doll looked sensational in a blue two-piece bikini. The racy bikini top had a huge cut-out detail around her bust, drawing attention to her dazzling chest.

The outfit highlighted her curves, flat tummy, and captivating legs as she posed next to a swimming pool. In another slide, the singer wrapped a green cover-up around her waist while giving a sultry look to the camera. Other slides showed her in various poses flaunting her gorgeous figure. 

She Reveals Her Workout Routine

The singer shared a few of her workout routines that have helped in contributing to her toned physique. She shared some videos on Instagram, demonstrating some of her key moves. According to Eat This, the first exercise was a Landmine barbell squat press which Nicole executes like a pro using bands for more resistance.

The move aims at the legs, arms, and shoulders. The next on her list was box jumps with a

jump back which is great for the legs. This move involves jumping onto a box and jumping back down. She does high step-ups which she uses to train the quads and glutes. The singer also gave fans a peek at her dance moves which were part of her calorie-burning strategy. 

She Indulges In A Variety Of Workouts. 

The former X Factor judge indulges in a variety of exercises. She maintains her fit form by being open to a variety of workouts. Her typical workout includes running on the treadmill for about 20 minutes, doing some squats, sit-ups on an exercise ball and yoga stretches.

The songwriter does not only indulge in various workouts only for her physical fitness but also for her mental fitness. Exercising helps her stay focused, centered, strong, and to maintain the right frame of mind. She prepares herself to avoid missing out on opportunities. 

She Practices Yoga

According to Women's Health, The TV personality practices yoga and does not hesitate to show off her incredible poses. She uploads a lot of her meditating poses on Instagram even when on vacation. She explained, " I like to do yoga—a modified version of Bikram yoga—or hiking, and core power yoga in L.A.".

According to Mayo Clinic, "[b]ikram yoga is a 90-minute program that consists of a series of different standing and stretching positions. The postures require lengthy, forceful, and sustained contractions of all major muscle groups."

She Eats Healthy

Nicole also takes care of her diet. She has eggs and toast for breakfast and some soup or sushi for lunch. Dinner includes anything from pasta, rice, meats, vegetables, or sushi. She also considers her diet when snacking by taking almonds, coconut water, and baby carrots.
