Miley Cyrus enjoys summertime as she relishes me-time in a tropical getaway. The 29-year-old singer posted a few pictures on her Instagram page while taking a break to enjoy the hot summer in a black bathing suit.

She Celebrates Summer In Style

Miley celebrated Summer time in style as she went swimming in a beautiful tropical location featuring rocky mountains and clear blue water. The Wrecking Ball singer looked absolutely gorgeous in a black two-piece swimsuit that displayed her flat abs and trim figure.

In one photo, she dipped her toes in the clear water while flexing her arm muscles at the camera. In another snap, she stood on a rock overlooking the photo. In a third snap, the ‘Party in the U.S.A.’ singer had her blonde hair slicked back as she swam through the clear water.

She Practices Pilates

Miley has always been an advocate for a healthy lifestyle. The ‘Midnight Sky’ singer works hard to keep herself in top shape at all times. She began practicing Pilates in 2013 and has been a fan ever since. At some point, she was reportedly attending classes almost daily and even had a Pilates studio installed in her home. According to Miley's former instructor, Mari Winsor, the singer works out for half an hour and engages in a wide variety of exercises.

She Is A Committed Yogi

Miley is also a committed yogi. ‘The Best of Both Worlds’ singer practices yoga two hours a day, six days a week. Her preferred style of yoga is Ashtanga. She has totally flat abs too. Her now ex-husband, Liam Hemsworth once praised her toned abs on Instagram, referring to them as “Abs like a ninja turtle.” A lot of the singer's workouts are focused on strengthening her core. She incorporates fitness into her daily life by hiking, walking her seven dogs, or dancing at her concerts.

She Follows A Plant-Based Diet

 

Elle shares that Miley went vegan in 2013. Although she reintroduced fish into her diet in 2019, she still maintains a plant-based diet. She also adopted a strict no-gluten, no-dairy diet in 2012 but added gluten back in 2020. According to Jennifer K. Nelson of Mayo Clinic, a gluten-free diet is recommended for people with celiac disease, gluten sensitivity, or the skin disorder dermatitis herpetiformis.

A gluten-free diet may be helpful for some people with irritable bowel syndrome, the neurological disorder gluten ataxia, type 1 diabetes, and HIV-associated enteropathy. A gluten-free diet can be a healthy way to eat depending on which gluten-free foods you choose, how often you eat them, and whether your other food choices are healthy ones.

She Stays Away From Stress

 

Although Miley had used illicit substances in the past, she said in 2017 that she had completely quit drinking, smoking, and drugs. “I'm not doing drugs, I'm not drinking, I'm completely clean right now!” she said.

MedIndia reports that the Heart of Glass singer also revealed that she stays away from stress for her heart's sake. Miley, who was diagnosed with tachycardia, said that whenever she is stressed or on stage, “I try not to get too stressed,” “Otherwise I'll just (worry) myself to death,” she added.
