Kaley got fans gushing with images of her taut abs which were posted on Instagram. She looked breathtaking as she posed in the first snap with her hair sprawling around her shoulders and her side-part style that covered half of her face.

While Kaley's face was very alluring, what caught many viewers' attention was her taut abs which she showed off, wearing a black bralette, green leather Jacket, and multi-colored pants. She also spotted a denim outfit with a white bralette that flattered her covers and showed her radiant skin. The update ended with a black and white version of her enticing appearance.

She Has A Highly Effective Workout Routine 

Kaley's dedication to exercise has contributed greatly to her fit stature. The 36-year-old Flight Attendant star hits the gym on a near-daily basis and she never cheats when it comes to reaching her goals. An update of the exercise which has helped tone up her core was once posted on social media.

The clip shared by Stick Mobility featured Kaley doing a core-toning workout. She kneeled on a stability ball while staying upright with the help of two Stick Mobility sticks. At the instruction of her trainer, Ryan Sorensen, Kaley released the sticks and tried to maintain her upright posture without any support. She remained on the ball for a few seconds before she stood up. 

She Is Dedicated To Her Sweat Sessions

Kaley's workout routine is no secret as there are several updates on social media about the exercises which are responsible for her fit look. Her trainer Ryan once shared several photos of the Why Him actress doing core-toning floor exercises, including planks, arabesques, and leg lifts. According to EatThis, Kaley's exercise is as versatile as her movie roles.

The Hollywood star is known to switch up her workout on a regular basis. Speaking about her approach to staying fit in an interview, she said, "If I'm doing yoga, we're doing it every day this week….Then I'm like, 'Oh my god, I have to switch.' Then I'm going crazy on SoulCycle….'Okay, I have to switch'."

She Eats Lots Of Vegetables And Fruits

Although Kaley regularly visits the gym, that is not the only thing that keeps her in shape. ImBuzz shares that The Man From Toronto star consumes a lot of fresh fruits, and vegetables. She is fine with eating the same dishes every day but likes to keep things interesting by changing spices from time to time.

She used to eat children's cereal for breakfast but later switched to peanut butter on toast. Kaley takes a low-sugar peanut butter that helps provide enough plant-based protein that increases her energy and speed. 

She Is A Pescatarian

Kaley is a pescatarian and her daily dish typically contains little fish, such as salmon, she enjoys salads or a vegetarian sandwich with lots of lush greens. She also eats whole-grain bread. Unlike some vegetarians who rely too heavily on processed foods, Kaley eats enough fruits and vegetables which keeps her diet healthy. Her eating habits provide enough nutrition as Mayo Clinic says,

"Yet some vegetarians rely too heavily on processed foods, which can be high in calories, sugar, fat, and sodium. And they may not eat enough fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and calcium-rich foods, thus missing out on the nutrients they provide"

Before Kaley discovered the benefits of a healthy diet, she used to be a big fan of junk food. However, now, she is grateful that she adjusted after realizing the error in her eating habits as she got older.
