Britney Spears has been busy vacationing with her husband on their beach honeymoon but she still found time to entertain her fans. The pop star amused her followers with a sexy dance video in the rain, showing off her incredible figure and signature dance moves.

She Loves To Dance

While she hasn't performed on stage for a while, Britney's love for dance never changed. She is a performer at heart and she continues to entertain her fans with her short acts on Instagram.

Sporting a two-piece bikini, Britney flaunted her curves while enjoying a rainy dip in a secluded part of the beach. As per her caption, it was the first time she had done this in the rain.

"In the rain🌧 … literally 🙈 … on the bucket list … never done it before 😈😈😈🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🙈🙈🎀🎀🎀🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️," Britney wrote on Instagram.

She Is Enjoying Her Freedom

Since she won her conservatorship case, Britney has been enjoying her freedom. In a previous Instagram post, she shared her sentiments about how nice it was to have the liberty of controlling her own schedule.

"14 years of waiting in a dressing room for 4 hours before a show putting on so much make up 💄 telling ME when they are ready for ME to go on stage 🙄🙄🙄 !!! LOL LOL LOL REAL FUNNY NO ??? It’s nice to GO WHEN I WANT TO!!!" she wrote in the caption.

She Makes Workouts Fun

To keep her body healthy and strong, Britney exercises regularly with her fitness trainer beau. She loves doing weight training and incorporates some cute dances in between for a fun twist.

According to Mayo Clinic, weight training can help you lose fat, improve strength, and increase muscle tone. When doing weight training, it is important to use proper form and lift an appropriate amount of weight to avoid injuries. It is advisable to work out with a fitness trainer or specialist who can teach you the right techniques.

She Works On Her Flexibility

At 40 years old, Britney has maintained her flexibility. She can still do the splits and occasionally flaunts her poses on social media. It is customary for her to do some form of stretching before or after her exercises.

"I tried to start off by doing yoga 🧘‍♀️ but I danced the first 20 minutes and let go ..... I finished with stretching, splits and yoga! Most of the year I did a lot of heat yoga, and I over did it. I prefer cardio and dancing now !!" she said in a previous post.

She Treats Herself To Chocolate

She doesn't restrict herself from eating sweets and treats. In fact, Britney loves to eat chocolates. All kinds of chocolates. As she said to Stylist, she can eat just about any kind of dessert.

"I love Scores in the States, with the caramel in the middle, and every once in a while if I’m really hungry then a Snickers bar is good. And M&Ms are great, Hershey's Whoppers are great, Raisinets … Twixes are great too. And the new Hershey’s Cookies & Cream, too."
