Jessie James Decker positively glowed as she made her runway debut at Miami Swim Week. Repping her Kittenish brand in a peach two-piece set that brought out her golden tan, the country singer-turned-entrepreneur put her jaw-dropping bikini body on display and turned heads with her ripped abs and beaming smile.

She's All About Strength Training

Taking to Instagram to post photos from the fashion show, the country star said she was "beaming with sunshine after last night" and dished a bit about what went on behind the scenes. "I was so nervous to walk but all the girls made me feel so confident!" she said of the models that walked for Kittenish.

Looking smoking-hot and drop-dead gorgeous in her new swim line, the 34-year-old maintains her insane figure with strength training, often sharing her workout routine with her fans.

According to the Mayo Clinic, strength training is the perfect way to "reduce body fat, increase lean muscle mass and burn calories more efficiently."

And, more importantly, might we be getting a reboot?

She Exercises 3-4 Times A Week

The trick with this type of exercise, especially if you use free weights, such as barbells and dumbbells (as opposed to doing body weight), is to "choose a weight or resistance level heavy enough to tire your muscles after about 12 to 15 repetitions," explains the clinic. "Research shows that a single set of 12 to 15 repetitions with the proper weight can build muscle efficiently in most people and can be as effective as three sets of the same exercise."

For Decker, strength training involves a combination of jump rope, high-knee running, lunges, deadlifts, weighted overhead presses, bent-over kettlebell rows, and various types of squats, as seen in a workout session she posted last April.

"I work out 3 to 4 times a week and they pretty much look like this with certain variations whether we're doing more upper body or lower body," she wrote in the caption.

She Sets Fitness Goals For Herself

Nowadays, the mother-of-three is ripped and super muscular, and she owes it all to her ongoing commitment to getting in better shape after gaining some weight during quarantine in 2020. Kicking off her new fitness journey in 2021, she wrote alongside an Instagram photo of herself flexing her biceps: "The top of this year I decided to really step it up in the gym! I know my core will probably never be as strong as it used to be but damn it I’m gonna try! I have goals and I’m not stopping until I’m there 💪🏼."

She Works Out With Her Husband

He's her "make-out buddy" and way more than that. As it turns out, the singer has found the perfect gym buddy in her ex-NFL star hubby Eric Decker, with the pair often filming their workouts for Instagram and TikTok.

Case in point, back in October the duo crushed a couple's core workout consisting of planks, pushups, shoulder taps, and mountain climbers, thrilling fans with their "gym buddy shenanigans." Watch it below.

She Does Intermittent Fasting, But Not Really

Decker, who says she's "in her element" whenever she has a plate of pasta in front, is also extremely disciplined about what and, more importantly, when she eats. The "Should Have Known Better" singer has adopted a diet similar to 16:8 intermittent fasting, which allows her to eat whatever she wants within a specific time frame.

The country star has breakfast no earlier than 11 a.m. and serves her family a homecooked dinner at 5:30 p.m. "I eat what I want to eat within that time frame but don't overdo it," she explained to Women's Health. "The timing really is important to me."
