The Victoria's Secret model has always made her body the focal point and she did again when she posted on Instagram wearing a strappy and plum-colored bathing suit which showed off her super-slim silhouette.

Refinery29 reports that Swanepoel doesn't have as much time for the gym but has found a way to still keep fit and maintain her slim figure. She revealed how her night workouts twice a week which is her little ritual have been a huge help in maintaining her super-fit body. According to her, she does her own kind of yoga, Pilates, and squat resistance because it's calm and she can meditate through it and get some flow with cool music.

Cleveland Clinic also confirmed this stating that "[A]s human beings, we tend to get our muscles overused and imbalanced by our activities but what Pilate does is to help counteract that as it focuses more on muscle tone, strengthens your core, and reduces lower back pain."

"I cleanse, tone, moisturize and do an eye cream religiously, twice a day," the South African beauty said.

The screen diva has a ritual of taking a cup of coffee every morning when she wakes up as it gets her refreshed and ready for her daily activities.

"I'm usually up early and I can't really do anything until I've had a coffee or shower, it resets me," Swanepoel said.

When it comes to food restrictions, Swanepoel is not on that list as the supermodel eats healthy and doesn't pick. The Victoria's Secret model sometimes indulges her cravings, according to her she's got quite a fast metabolism and she is that girl who can order a healthy plate with a side of fries but then she balances it and one of the ways she does that is by dancing which works on her overall body as she blasts calories.

It's no news that what you smell like tells a lot about you and Swanepoel never jokes with her scent. According to The Cut, the supermodel is obsessed with good smell and that's really commendable.

"As a little girl, I remember watching my mom get ready for dinner parties and seeing her put on her fragrance", she said. it's obvious that motivated her likeness for good scents.
