She Enjoys The Beach

Daddario regaled her 22.5 million Instagram followers with a stunning image. The newlywed actress shared a photo of herself running up the beach at sunset in a gingham bra top with tiny straps that highlighted her sculpted abs and ample cleavage.

She paired the bra top with a matching skirt that put her lithe figure on display. Her hair was suspended in the air as the wind played with her luscious strands. The ocean and sunset behind her created a stunning view that added to the beauty of the snap.

She Eats Healthy

Alexandra is all about a healthy life. The Baywatch star does whatever she can to keep herself lean and in top shape. She opts for fresh and natural foods whenever she can. Although her meal choices vary from day to day, she has a few constant favorites. For breakfast, she loves to stick with protein-filled meals. She is not much of a cook, so she tries to stick with simple recipes that are fast and easy. Her favorite breakfast is an egg in a hole. During the day, she tends to have to eat lunch on the run. However, her typical lunch is still super healthy.

She Does Not Deny Her Cravings

When she is on the go, she will have her favorite fruit smoothie packed with healthy nutrients. Dinner for her typically consists of grilled chicken breast served on top of quinoa with slices of avocado and a Sriracha dressing for added flavor. When she is in the mood for a veg-heavy meal, she will have avocado tacos with fresh pico de gallo or salsa. However, she does not believe in denying herself her cravings but she is careful not to overdo it. Her sweet treat of choice is definitely Pop-Tarts and sometimes chocolates. 

She Does Strength Training

Alexandra has always kept herself fit. Her favorite workout routine is hot yoga which she has been practicing for years. After signing up for Baywatch, she added strength training to her routine. According to Rachael Attard, She started training with celebrity trainer Patrick Murphy whose strength training methods rely on sliders, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises. She also adds free weight exercises and kettlebell moves into her routine.

According to Mayo Clinic, strength training is an important part of an overall fitness program. It helps reduce body fat, increase lean muscle mass and burn calories more efficiently. Also, you can notice a significant improvement in your strength with just two or three 20- or 30-minute strength training sessions a week.

She Keeps A Simple Beauty Routine

According to Vogue, Alexandra has a simple beauty routine. She starts her routine with two face masks: a tingling glycolic-acid puree, followed by a moisturizing sheet and a face serum. When it comes to her makeup, Alexandra prefers a less-is-more approach. “I like a cleaner look,” she revealed. Her off-duty makeup arsenal includes a concealer, pink blush, and a slanted Chanel eyebrow pencil. Occasionally, she’ll add a light brown eyeliner for a more flourish look.
