Elizabeth Hurley may be 57 but she doesn't look a day over 20. The ageless beauty recently put on a cheeky display in a white bikini on Instagram and wowed fans with her toned body and summertime glow.

She's Having A 'Blissful Summer'

Rocking a halterneck two-piece set from her established swimwear brand Elizabeth Hurley Beach, the British actress flaunted her sculpted legs and posterior as she frolicked in a flower-strewn meadow. "Chez moi this afternoon #blissfulsummer ❤️❤️," she wrote in the caption, which translates as "my house this afternoon."

Unsurprisingly, fans went wild in the comments section. "Natural and sporty," one user praised her athletic figure, while others told her she looked "incredible" and dubbed her "Queen Elizabeth."

She Lathers On The Sunscreen

Four days later, The Royals star was back in a bikini on Instagram to remind fans to take good care of their skin this summer season. Showing off her insane figure in a yellow Elizabeth Hurley Beach set, she donned a straw sunhat and winked at the camera in a video captioned "Hat and SPF 😇." Not only serving lewks but also dispensing sage advice. We hear you, Liz!

According to the Mayo Clinic, sunscreen is a must whenever you leave home. Those with very fair skin that always burns easily and rarely tans should use a product with SPF 20 to 30, per the clinic's recommendations. Fair skin that tans minimally requires sunscreen with SPF 12-20, while light skin that burns moderately and tans gradually needs SPF 8-12. Likewise, people with a medium skin tone (burns minimally, always tans well) are advised to go for SPF 4-8, whereas those with dark skin that rarely burns and tans profusely can stick to SPF 2-4.

"For maximum sun protection, sunscreens should be applied uniformly and thickly to all exposed skin surfaces (including the lips, using lip sunscreen or lip balm)," states the clinic.

She's 'Very Active'

Hurley's age-defying looks can be easily put down to healthy skincare and exercise and, while good genes are definitely in the mix there, the former model told The Cut in 2017 that she maintains her figure by keeping "very active." On her list of favorite activities to stay in shape are weekend hikes with her dogs. She also stretched "every day" to keep lean and flexible.

"I do the occasional yoga or Pilates class, but mostly it's just self-exercise at home," she said. "I might do some stomach exercises or some bottom or arm exercises, but because I trained for a dancer when I was young, I sort of know all the exercises."

She Drinks Water In The Morning

While most of us start off the morning with a cup of coffee, the Bedazzled star first reaches for a mug of hot water before anything else. "It’s good for your metabolism," she told The Cut.

"I often put apple cider vinegar in my hot water. It tastes disgusting," she detailed. "I can’t face it every day, so I’ll put it in my hot water maybe every other day." Half an hour later, she's ready for her coffee "and after an hour I’ll have breakfast."

She Grows Her Own Food

There are certainly a lot of perks that come with living in the English countryside, and Hurley gets to enjoy them all. The actress has her own vegetable garden and loves to eat fresh produce that she grows herself.

"All through summer we eat fruit and vegetables from my own garden. I used to have a small organic farm, and all the meat my son ate was from the farm," she said. "Obviously, that's not possible for most people, but supporting local farmers wherever you live is a good thing."
