She Tries To Stay Hydrated

It's no news that staying hydrated has a huge effect on the skin and overall health. You want to know how Steinfeld maintains beauty? she drinks water constantly.

In a picture she shared on Instagram for a core promotional snap which she is partnered with, she looked absolutely fit and it's proof that she is getting top results.

Mayo Clinic recommends taking eight glasses of water daily stating that," water is the body's principal component and it makes up about 50% to 70% of the body weight hence the body depends on water to survive and carry out its activities."

She Is Invested In Fitness

One thing that's easily noticeable about the actress is her gorgeous and fit body. According to Well And Good, aside from taking a lot of water to Keep hydrated she also works out to keep fit; It's either she's at the gym blasting the calories or rolling out a mat for a home yoga practice.

"Working out is the last thing you want to do after work, the thought of going to the gym is just like, painful but there's something about the feeling you have right after it's over", Steinfeld admitted.

She Loves Her Alone Time

"I love working out but also love doing nothing, most times it's just me sitting in my backyard looking up to the trees and the sky while breathing," Steinfeld said.

The screen diva understands that taking time alone helps one reason well and become more productive which is why when she is not working, she takes some time to herself to cool off and this makes her feel refreshed.

She Does Lots Of Endurance Training

 

The actress understands the saying," no pain, no gain" which is why she turns to her dad who happens to be her personal trainer for fitness matters and she is no doubt doing well. As Shape reports, the actress revealed that at some point when she was preparing for the Hawkeye role, she did bear crawls across the length of a football field.

She included circuit training, and even worked with an archery coach to learn protege and these workouts require a lot of endurance. This seems to be paying off as she's getting top results for the time she puts in.

She Practices Guided Meditation

 

The Hawkeye star goes through a lot of hard work to interpret whatever role she has to play. But then, she strikes a balance and eases stress by practicing guided meditation. The goodness of meditation can't be ignored which is why Steinfeld engages in it.

According to her, meditation helps her find balance, and happiness and works on her patience. It's a time when we get a lot of suggestions as to how to find the balance that defines us", she said.
