She Swears By Yoga

Kaley is a total yoga nut and regularly updates with her mat. "You know, I'm a yogi at heart — I love my hot yoga. Every time I take a break from it I get this urge to go back. It's wonderfully meditative but keeps me so strong and fit. I also ride horses, which is wonderful for my brain and soul — and great exercise," the blonde told The Zoe Report.

The Mayo Clinic states: "Yoga is considered one of many types of complementary and integrative medicine approaches. Yoga brings together physical and mental disciplines that may help you achieve peacefulness of body and mind. This can help you relax and manage stress and anxiety."

"Hatha is one of the most common styles of yoga, and beginners may like its slower pace and easier movements. But most people can benefit from any style of yoga — it's all about your personal preferences," it adds.

She Loves A Vegan Smoothie

While Kaley isn't vegan, she's happy to dabble in plant-based foods. Speaking to The Zoe Report, the blonde continued:

"My sister taught me how to make these amazing smoothies. She found me these incredible vegan protein powders to put in them, along with tons of frozen fruit, and oat milk. It's amazing how much stuff you can put in one drink and get all the nutrients you need for the day," here name-dropping 33-year-old sibling Briana Cuoco.

She Makes Workouts Varied

Kaley trains with trainer Ryan Sorensen, and workouts can include rowing, running, and outdoor rope training. "If I'm doing yoga, we're doing it every day this week….Then I'm like, 'Oh my god, I have to switch.' Then I'm going crazy on SoulCycle….'Okay, I have to switch,'" she has stated.

She's Treadmill Happy

While Kaley does run indoors, she also relies on her treadmill, having stated: "I’m obsessed with it. It’s called the Woodway. It’s like military-grade. I was the queen of not having one piece of workout equipment in my house, and then COVID hit. I never thought I’d be the girl with a treadmill."

She Cheats With Pizza And Fries

The In-N-Out lover eats balanced, but she does know her cheat eats. "When I’m going to indulge, I love pasta, pizza, I love Mexican with lots of cheese. I love French fries, or crisps - salt and vinegar crisps. In terms of snacks: almonds, coconut water, bits of coconut, baby carrots," Kaley told Women's Health.
