The mother of one also revealed she prefers moving throughout the day because it has a huge effect on the overall body.

She walks d instead of driving and sometimes uses the stairs instead of the elevator. Obviously, being active has a way of making her feel better about herself and also helps keep her fit.

"My body responds very quickly to exercise so I don't need to workout for too long before I tone up or get into shape," Chopra told Vogue India. The actress spends most of the day working and probably gets exhausted after that so she can't always be at the gym.
