Dua Lipa is stunning in swimwear while lounging around the banks of a river as she enjoys a "pre show" dip. The Grammy winner and pop favorite flaunted her sensational figure in a skimpy bikini earlier this year, posting to her Instagram during her Europe travels and while taking a break during her Future Nostalgia tour. The British singer sizzled as she showed off her toned legs and slim waist, also enjoying the sunshine. She told fans: "Pre show river dip."

She Loves Cheat Days

Dua is a healthy eater, but she does know her treats, having updated her social media with pizza, olive oil ice cream, and donuts. "I try and stay as healthy as possible whenever I can. I'm never one to stop myself having naughty treats, but I try and limit it to days when I'm not as busy, because if I do eat a donut it usually puts me in a food coma!" she has stated.

She Does High-Intensity Interval Training

Quick and intense is Dua's vibe - which likely saves time for the 26-year-old.

"I try and work out as much as I can. It’s such a busy lifestyle I feel like I need to try and do something for myself every day. I love doing something that’s really fast and quick, like a 15-minute HIIT session which I can do before I start my day. If I’ve got a really early call time I don’t want to be waking up hours before I need to, to go and do a workout. So a high-intensity workout, shower, breakfast, and I’m on my way," she told Viva.

She Loves Yoga And Pilates

Enough impressive yoga balances on Dua's Instagram confirm she's an advanced yogi. The "Levitating" hitmaker continued:

"I love mixing up lots of different training, finding different workouts in whatever city I’m in, whether it’s yoga, Pilates, boxing or spinning. Whatever it is, I try to change it up every day to keep things interesting. When you’re on a tour bus, every day and every place is different, so you never know what you’re going to find. That’s always one way to keep it interesting."

She Knows Her Ab Training

Dua's rock-hard abs don't come from lying on the couch. "I think different variations of crunches like bicycle crunches are good. Leg raises are also great unless my back hurts. Planks are good although almost certainly my least favourite!" the singer also revealed.

She's Happy With Her Job

No complaints from Lipa, who feels that her career is her passion. "My hobby is my job," the PUMA partner also stated.
