She Knows How To Flex

The British beauty is a master at serving poses for the camera, whether for Instagram or for the press. She certainly knows how to highlight her best features with figure-flattering pieces and poses that flex her muscles.

In an Instagram post, Kate flaunted her sculpted legs in a glittering minidress and leg-lengthening platform shoes. The stunning dress also displayed her lean figure and small waist.

She Doesn't Skip Leg Day

To keep her legs toned and always ready for short skirts, Kate always includes leg workouts in her regular routine. Kate's fitness trainer, Brad Siskind, shared a clip of her impressive kicking power in the weight room.

Aside from kickboxing exercises, Kate also uses the VersaClimber machine to burn more calories and help sculpt her leg muscles.

According to Mayo Clinic, about 150 minutes of cardio exercise is needed each week. Experts recommend adding variety to your cardio workout by doing interval training and trying out new activities.

She Levels Up Her Exercises

Regular workout routines can get boring for this high-energy gym buff, so she likes to amp up her exercises. Kate loves doing upside-down crunches, which work on core strength and the lower abs.

Siskind told Women's Health that Kate is fully committed to fitness and rarely misses a workout.

"She’s a strong person. I see her six days a week, and she rarely misses a workout. If she does, there’s a good reason. Because otherwise, she’s crushing it.”

She Loves Doing Yoga

According to Kate's yoga instructor, Mandy Ingber, Kate enjoys doing pure yoga, which gives her a dancer's body.

"The yoga gives you the strength and muscle toning without the sort of overly worked out look, which I think is sort of why people come to me. Because of my clients — their bodies look naturally muscular but not overdeveloped. More like a dancer’s body," Ingber explained to Us Weekly.

She Keeps Her Legs Flexible

With a background in ballet, Kate's leg muscles have always been limber. While she no longer practices ballet, she has kept her flexibility by doing regular stretches. Her active lifestyle and strength training has also helped maintain her litheness.

In an interview on The Tonight Show, Kate told Jimmy Fallon that some people actually thought her leg was fake after her leg-stretching Instagram video went viral.

"I'm quite flexible, so now there's a thought that possibly I've got a rubber leg or a pretend leg. I've always been like that," she said. "I did a lot of ballet when I was a kid and now I can cause worry about a fake leg. That's really all I've got."
