She Enjoys Rebounding

To get her heart pumping, Cindy does rebounding - a popular trampoline exercise among celebrities including Goldie Hawn and Eva Longoria. Cindy enjoys bouncing around on her rebounding trampoline while enjoying the views of their beach house.

Rebounding is a low-impact exercise that works the entire body and focuses on the core, legs, glutes, and back muscles. According to fitness expert Colette Dong, the trendy workout doesn't just keep you physically fit, it has a multitude of mental benefits as well.

"It enhances motor skills and provides a mental release, and can help relieve symptoms of anxiety," she explained to Vogue.

She Works Out Her Abs

Ab workouts are a regular part of Cindy's fitness routine. The model shared a "Monday motivation" ab routine with her followers, detailing the exact steps she does to get her abs tight and toned.

Cindy's ab routine starts with a standing bicycle crunch, followed by a sumo squat, low plank, scissors, bicycle crunches, kneeling plank, and ends with oblique crunches. See the full workout below:

She Doesn't Eat Unhealthy Foods

As she told Into The Gloss, she watches what she eats. Cindy is mindful of what she consumes and has cut down on eating packaged and processed foods.

"On a typical weekday I usually have a protein shake for breakfast because it's fast—I need to get the kids out the door… For lunch I'll have salad, sometimes with chicken, sometimes without. For dinner we'll go for sushi, or if we eat at home I'll try to make a meal like turkey meatballs with pasta, a salad, and a vegetable."

While she eats healthy all the time, she hasn't given up eating chocolate. Cindy shared with InStyle that dark chocolate is her favorite after-meal dessert. She treats herself to a piece of chocolate to satisfy her craving from time to time.

"I definitely need a piece of dark chocolate after dinner every night. If I don't have it, I could eat a hundred other things and still not be satisfied. I try to be 80 per cent good 80 per cent of the time."
