Nicole Scherzinger is stunning as she surfs in a bikini and celebrates a "new week." The Pussycat Dolls singer and swimwear queen was popular as she updated her Instagram in early August, showing off her fit figure in a skimpy two-piece and she rode the waves and showcased her skills. The Hawaii native made sure fans saw her toned muscles, writing:

She Cooks Real Meals

Fad diets don't do it for Nicole. The Masked Singer is all about healthy, home-cooked meals, many of which draw from her Hawaii roots.

"I cook a family dish called Oyster Chicken, I love that! It's a really light Asian dish. It's pretty much sautéed oyster chicken with lots of sauce and tons of vegetables thrown into a pot. I make Japanese rice to go with it. It's really tasty and healthy for you," she told Glamour.

She's Nuts About Yoga

Joining celebrity yogis including Miley Cyrus and Dua Lipa, Nicole loves to get her zen on.

"When I’m home I like to take a spinning class called Soul Cycle or I like to do hot yoga - a modified version of bikram yoga - or hiking, and core power yoga in LA," she told Women's Health.

“I love Svava’s technique. With me, she does a combination of her functional training, martial arts and ballet isolation exercises. In all my years of training, the Viking Method is unlike anything I have ever done," the reality judge also revealed.

She's Always Working Out

Nicole loves to hike outdoors, pump iron in the gym, or spin on her bike - she also works out with boyfriend Thom Evans.

The Mayo Clinic advises the public:

"Get at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or an equal combination of moderate and vigorous aerobic activity. The guidelines suggest that you spread out this exercise during the course of a week."

She Cheats With Pasta And Pizza

Nicole has revealed her diet. The brunette has stated:

"For breakfast I love eggs and toast and smoked salmon or bacon, or porridge. For lunch I like maybe some soup or some sushi. For dinner, anything from pasta to rice, and meats and veggies, to sushi," adding: "When I'm going to indulge, I love pasta, pizza, I love Mexican with lots of cheese. I love French fries, or crisps – salt and vinegar crisps. In terms of snacks: almonds, coconut water, bits of coconut, baby carrots."

She Values Her Mental Health

Jet-setting around doesn't stop Nicole from staying focused. "I travel so much it's so important for me to sweat it out. It's not only for physical being, but mostly for my mental well-being. It keeps me centered, focused, strong and helps me get in the right frame of mind for my work ahead," she has shared.
