Emily Ratajkowksi is stunning in swimwear as she shows off new pieces from her Inamorata line for summer 2022. The model, 31, has built an empire via her 2017-founded brand, and she was ready for fans to shop as she featured on the Inamorata Instagram this year. Stunning in a polka-dot and colorful bikini while on the beach, Emily flaunted her toned abs and slim legs, also showing off her tan. A caption read: "iSY BiTSY POLKA DOT BiKiNi! She Is A Carnivore

Emily isn't part of the celebrity vegan crowd. "You know, I'm a carnivore. I really like to eat meat. I crave iron so I am definitely not the kind of person who you will find eating a salad. I like to keep it really balanced to give my body energy and also be healthy. I cook a lot, so that really helps: You know how much salt and sugar and all of that kind of stuff you are putting in your body," she revealed to Elle.

She Indulges With Doritos And Cupcakes

The "Blurred Lines" star eats super healthy, but amid the salads, there's room for cheat foods.

"I think its good to indulge occasionally. I wouldn't say I am the type of girl who craves Doritos but I definitely love a good cupcake sometimes. You know what I mean? Or a croissant in the morning. I think it is like really important to give yourself a break. And also just really think about where things are coming from what kind of ingredients are going into your body," EmRata has stated.

The Mayo Clinic advises to include: "fruits; vegetables; whole grains; low-fat dairy products and lean protein, including beans and other legumes, nuts and seeds; and healthy fats" in your diet.

She Works Out With A Crowd

Emily walks her dog Colombo solo, but she likes her proper workouts to be a group affair.

“I'm one of those people who, if I go to the gym by myself, there's a 50/50 chance of me actually working out and really pushing myself, so the class environment works really, really well for me,” the swimwear designer her revealed.

She Likes Yoga And Hiking

While speaking to In Style, the Versace ambassador also revealed: "I really like being outside and doing yoga, so I do a lot of hiking in L.A. and I have a yoga studio really close to my house that I go to like once a week."

She Gets Her Beauty Sleep

Much like fellow supermodel Kendall Jenner, Emily values her shut-eye.

"For me, the way I sleep afterwards is one of the main reasons to work out. I am always on my phone working and I think that's affected my sleep," she has shared.
