Alexandra Daddario has been showing off her fit figure in a low-key way as she lounges around her mansion's pool. The 36-year-old actress wasn't in swimwear in an Instagram share posted this summer, one showing her in sweatpants before going leggy in a no-pants look. Showcasing her toned legs and effortless style, the Baywatch star stunned fans as she enjoyed her downtime. Alexandra took to her caption, writing: "Pool days."

She Kept Cool During COVID

Daddario was forced to travel to Hawaii to shoot The White Lotus over the pandemic, but she kept level-headed. Opening up to Byrdie, the newly married star revealed:

"At the beginning of the pandemic, I was in New York. I grabbed my best friend who lived in a studio apartment and was like, Let's get out of town and go to my house in L.A. We came to L.A. with another friend, and then the three of us quarantined together. But then I went back to work around July or August. I went to the East Coast, booked a job in Hawaii, and then spent the rest of the year there, essentially."

She Meditates And Does Yoga

Alexandra also opened up on her wellness, and that's beyond the physical.

"I’ve tried to get into meditation more. I've also focused on connecting with people. It's about not letting people into your life who don't serve you and refocusing who you have around you. I also do a lot of yoga now that yoga is open. And I have a wonderful partner who's helped me throughout this reopening journey. I feel very lucky, having someone to go through it with," she added.

The Mayo Clinic states: "Yoga has many styles, forms and intensities. Hatha yoga, in particular, may be a good choice for stress management. Hatha is one of the most common styles of yoga, and beginners may like its slower pace and easier movements. But most people can benefit from any style of yoga — it's all about your personal preferences."

She Keeps It Easy

The site's experts add: "A number of studies have shown that yoga may help reduce stress and anxiety. Yoga can enhance your mood and overall sense of well-being. Yoga might also help you manage your symptoms of depression and anxiety that are due to difficult situations."

Daddario stays easy-going, often sharing goofy aspects to her life - in 2022, that's included her honeymoon following her marriage to producer Andrew Form.

She Takes Good Care Of Her Skin

The former Clinique ambassador knows good skin. "I think I sort of just threw all caution to the wind, especially from March till August. I find myself taking care of my skin better now. I’m back using my products. And I got my first facial in a year and a half, which is very exciting. I highly recommend going and getting that first facial once you’re vaccinated and safe—it’s a game-changer," she has shared.

She Enjoys Paddle-Boarding

Earlier this year, the actress shared photos of herself paddle-boarding with her sister, writing: "Things we learned today: paddle boarding is harder than it looks. At least we got to be twins for a day."
