January Jones delighted fans with her bikini-clad curves on Instagram a while back, but the real treat was her sense of humor. Shared during the pandemic, the post portrayed her in self-isolation at home, with a hilarious caption sealing the deal: "Series: 'Out of work actor needs attention'”.

Read on to learn about the activities that help her stay in shape, as well as the photographs that prove they work—and don't forget to check out the 30 Top Celebrity Swimsuit Moments to become beach-ready too!

She Aces The Beach Look

Posing in the pool of her $1.7M four-bedroom home in L.A., the Mad Men star, 44, greeted fans with a smile and a wave as she offered a tempting rear view in an orange bathing suit. The two-piece lemlem set was a trendy Carmen-neckline style that showed off her tanned shoulders. Comprised of a short-sleeve crop top and high-rise briefs tied with a bow on the back, it sported a dynamic black-and-white print that drew attention to her curves.

Known for her flawless swim styles, Jones delivered beach chic with a stylish straw hat and butterfly sunglasses with metallic-gold frames. She added extra bling with large hoop earrings and a chain necklace.

She Loves To Read

When she's not entertaining fans with humorous captions, the X-Men: First Class actress is fostering people's love for books. Big on literature, you can often catch her reading poolside or on the bathroom floor. A recent post came with a book recommendation from Jones. "Time for a book by the [beach with umbrella emoji]," she said while serving up busty curves in a red bikini top and jeans shorts. "I’m reading Red Comet by Heather Clark, how about you?"

She Doesn't Deny Herself

Jones nurtures both the mind and the body. The actress doesn't believe in restrictive diets and refuses to deny herself her favorite foods. As she told Shape back in 2020, "I eat what I'm hungry for."

"I don’t deprive myself of anything. If I want something—steak, a bagel—I’ll eat it," she explained. "There’s no diet or strict set of rules."

She Takes Care Of Her Skin

The mother-of-one is just as mindful about what goes inside her body -- FYI, she eats organic -- as well as on her skin. Describing her skincare regimen as her favorite "ritual," Jones shared that she starts off her morning with exfoliation, followed by a serum and cream. "At night I have different serums and products that I use, and they’re all lined up in order," she said in her Shape February 2020 cover story. "My skin-care routine is my only way to have a little control over my life."

She Works Out To Feel 'Young'

At 44, Jones keeps herself looking this fit with barre classes and Laragree Pilates but the actress mainly works out to "celebrate my body" and "feel as young as I possibly can." According to the Mayo Clinic, the key to getting in shape is finding a diet and exercise plan that works for you. "Successful weight loss requires long-term changes to your eating habits and physical activity. This means you need to find a weight-loss approach you can embrace for life," notes its website. "You're not likely to keep off the weight you lose if you go off the diet and back to old habits."
