She Is Dedicated To Fitness

Fitness is a top priority for this curvy beauty. Mandy gets pretty intense with her workouts to make sure that she has the stamina and strength for the ring.

"I train five to six days a week, in developmental you’re training in the ring and in the gym, so that’s a crazy schedule. One you get to the main you’re on your own and you do what you want," she revealed to Metro.

She Is Flexible With Her Diet

While she might get intense with her fitness training, she's a little more flexible with her diet. As she told Muscle and Fitness, she tries to eat clean most of the time but sometimes she still gives in to occasional fast food grub when she's on the road.

"Overall, I try to be consistent,” she said, “but sometimes you just have to eat what’s available.”

Occasional fast food meals can fit into a healthy diet, says Mayo Clinic. Keep portion sizes small and go for healthier entrees instead of fried options whenever you can, experts advise.

She Has Big Goals

Mandy credits a lot of her success to the work ethic she learned from her family. In an interview with Entrepreneur, she detailed some of her past experiences that helped her become ambitious and successful.

"A lot of it came from my youth, growing up with three older brothers, working three different jobs at the same time, having goals and working hard to achieve them, and most importantly learning to be independent."

She Prepares For The Future

While she is one of the biggest female stars in WWE right now, Mandy understands that she won't be on top forever. To prepare for her future, she has built a personal brand and businesses outside of her wrestling career. She explained to Metro that she is being smart with her money and career path.

"It’s not everlasting, eventually I want to start a family and have children so it’s being smart with your money and training and making sure you do have a long, successful career. Plus, injuries happen all the time, you need to make sure you don’t have all your eggs in one basket."
