For breakfast, Robach either takes two cups of coffee, green hams, cheddar cheese, and green onions while she does salad and chicken for lunch and more veggies and meat such as butter lettuce with avocado, grilled chicken breast, and grilled meat for dinner.

"When I indulge, I tell myself, is it worth a 20-hour fast?" she said.
