Alexandra Daddario In Bathing Suit Offers Rear View

Alexandra Daddario has a Baywatch body that never fails to stun and impress her 22.5 million Instagram followers. The 36-year-old actress showed off her curves in a jaw-dropping rear-view photo by the pool.

She Flaunts Her Curves

She is proud of her curves and often celebrates them with regular body-positive pictures. In one of her swimsuit posts, Alexandra posed poolside at home while wearing a blue one-piece swimsuit.

Showing her backside to the camera, the Baywatch actress angled her body to display her picture-worthy curves.

"Taken by the man who can make even the kitchen pantry fun," she captioned her photo.

She Keeps Her Body Fit

To ensure her physique is bikini ready all year long, Alexandra works out regularly. When she was cast in the role of Summer Quinn in Baywatch, Alexandra amped up her training to get her body ready for the iconic red bathing suit.

"For Baywatch, I started doing weight training, which I had never done before, and I saw a huge difference," Daddario told Women's Health. "It was kind of amazing, the transformation I went through."

You don't have to be at the weight room all the time to get your muscles toned, says Mayo Clinic. Short weight training sessions a couple of times a week can be more practical for most people.

She Warms Up Before Exercising

To make sure her muscles are ready for intense workouts, Alexandra does active stretches to warm up her body. Her fitness trainer shared with Women's Health how the actress prepares her body before they start their fitness routines.

"Warm-ups entail 5-10 minutes of cardio machine and active stretches," Patrick Murphy explained. "Alexandra is mobile enough, so she performs more active stretches vs static stretches."

"Alexandra is hypermobile, so she needs to be mindful not to overextend in certain exercises or overpursue a stretch," he added.

She Is Not Afraid To Get Naked

Her career took off after appearing in HBO's True Detective. In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Alexandra shared that her naked scene was a risk that eventually paid off.

"I didn’t expect it to take off in the way that it took off. I was actually kind of afraid of getting naked and what that would mean, but I was willing to take that risk because of the people that I would have the opportunity to work with."

She Loves Activewear

Alexandra loves wearing activewear whenever she is at home. When she is exercising or just lounging around, the actress can often be seen sporting Alo Yoga. Alexandra is one of the faces of the popular yoga clothing brand. She makes sure to regularly post her Alo Yoga fashion on her Instagram feed to promote the celebrity-loved label.

She Can Glam Up Her Look

She Eats In Moderation

While she doesn't follow strict diets, she still makes sure she eats in moderation. Alexandra explained that she has become more responsible with her food choices because of her trainer.

"Patrick emphasises the importance of diet, without depriving you of anything," Alexandra told Women's Health. "He suggest foods that are good for you, without telling you to cut back on the amount you’re eating, so I’ve always felt great when I’ve made those better choices. It’s about the quality and, again, a focus on overall health."

She Does Cupping Therapy

Alexandra practices alternative therapy treatments such as acupuncture and cupping. She previously posted her back with circle bruises after a cupping session, shocking some of her fans.

Cupping therapy is done by placing cups on the skint to create suction. This is believed to balance the flow of the body, increase blood flow, reduce pain and promote cell repair.

She Believes In Slowing Down

Being an actress, model, and producer, her schedule can get pretty hectic. But, Alexandra still makes sure that she slows down to give her body time to rest and recuperate. As she told Well and Good, yoga is one of her go-to activities when she needs to shut off her brain.

"I’m a big believer in yoga—especially in the world we live in, where we’re inundated by information, people, and energy," Daddario shared in the interview. "I love having that hour to just shut my brain off and focus on the here and now, and focus in a communal environment."
