The Cut, Candice outlined how she kicks off the day.

"My breakfast varies depending on my mood. I do a nice beauty smoothie. It contains coconut oil, flaxseed oil, banana, protein, some kind of antioxidant fruit like blueberries or strawberries, or some nut butter. I discovered it from doing research; I like to be on beauty blogs. I’ve always loved nutrition and because I’ve worked out for so many years, I’ve figured out what’s best for my body and keeping my energy up," she said.

She Eats Eggs And Cheese

A little saturated fat is A-Okay for the blonde, who also revealed: "Sometimes I also like to have eggs and toast or make a grilled cheese. I have one of these sandwich press things but you do it on the fire (or a gas stove) and it toasts the bread so beautifully."

The Mayo Clinic reminds readers that protein is a building block and should form part of a healthy diet, one that ideally includes "a variety of foods from the major food groups: fruits; vegetables; whole grains; low-fat dairy products and lean protein, including beans and other legumes, nuts and seeds; and healthy fats."

She Loves Eye Cream

The Alo Yoga ambassador is massively into her skincare, and that includes making things a routine.

"I cleanse, tone, moisturize, and then do an eye cream religiously, twice a day. I use this gentle green tea cleanser that I get from Whole Foods. My serum is Biotherm — they have one called the Phyto Plankton. It takes two weeks to start seeing a difference so I'm putting it to the test," she has told Refinery29.

She Dedicates Time To Wellness

The mom of two is busy, but she still makes time for her self-care. "The amount of time I have [to dedicate to wellness] has changed," she has revealed. "Now I have a lot less time to focus on myself...[Your metabolism] definitely changes after you have a baby. It’s really impressive. Having a baby is, like, extraterrestrial stuff. I’m amazed by how it bounced back and repaired. Creating a life in your tummy — it’s amazing."

She Loves Yoga And Pilates

Candice also loves to mix it up, workout-wise, and has stated: "Lately, I’ve been doing my workouts at night because I’ve had full days with my baby. I’ve been doing my own kind of yoga. It’s not traditional yoga, but I put on some music and mix in some Pilates and squat resistance stuff I’ve learned over the years. It’s calm."
