She Sticks To A Plant-Based Diet


The Big Bang Theory star is conscious about what she puts into her body as it always has a reflection on her physical look. Wondering how she has been able to maintain a youthful look? Women's Health reports that she indulges in healthy meals like fruits, vegetables, and fish which she switches on for a week. She is also a huge fan of protein.

The Flight Attendant Star sometimes eats fish with lots of vegetables, peanut butter on toast for breakfast, salad for lunch, green salmon with potatoes, and lots of vegetables for dinner. Speaking on the importance of her diet routine with Women's Health, she said, "I think I used to be afraid to eat but now I just know the right thing to eat."

She Eats Every Two Hours

"I learned over the past few years that I have to eat every two hours," the movie star said in reference to her eating habits. She revealed she does not wait for too long between meals which is why she prefers to eat smaller meals more regularly throughout her day, especially whenever she is on set shooting, she tries to avoid eating giant-sized meals and eats more frequently to fuel her energy.

She Is A Gym Lover


Although a healthy diet is a contributor to Cuoco's incredible body, she also works out at the gym to stay trimmed and fit.

Her fans are always in a state of curiosity about how the 36-year-old has never stopped looking half her age, she engages in workouts like strength training, attends yoga classes five times a week, lunges, squats for muscle growth, and crunches to tone her stomach.

She also loves outdoor workouts like horseback riding and hiking which she loves doing with her friends.

The Mayo Clinic recommends strength training as a rescue approach for reducing body fat, increasing lean muscle mass, and burning calories efficiently.
