She Drinks Apple Cider Vinegar

Elizabeth doesn't follow too many health trends, but there's one thing she will drink on a daily basis.

Speaking to The Cut, the Austin Powers star revealed: "I often put apple cider vinegar in my hot water. It tastes disgusting. I can’t face it every day, so I’ll put it in my hot water maybe every other day. It’s good for your metabolism. After about half an hour I have a cup of coffee, and after an hour I’ll have breakfast."

"After about half an hour I have a cup of coffee, and after an hour I’ll have breakfast. After a 12-hour day on set, I’d come home and go straight to bed after my bath. Working days are less glamorous than they appear on the outside," she added.

She Hikes With Her Pets

Hurley makes the most of her British countryside location with regular Herefordshire dog walks.

"I don’t do any regulated exercise, but I’m very active. On the weekends I go for long hikes with my dogs. I try and stretch every day. I do the occasional yoga or Pilates class, but mostly it’s just self-exercise at home," she also revealed.

The Mayo Clinic suggests to "get at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or an equal combination of moderate and vigorous aerobic activity. The guidelines suggest that you spread out this exercise during the course of a week."

She Moisturizes On The Regular

The Estee Lauder ambassador knows good skin and she's dished on it.

"From a beauty point of view, I would say moisturize a lot!" she told HollywoodLife.

"Moisturizer, eye creams, hand creams, body cream. Our skin gets drier as we get older, and it's very important to stay hydrated on the outside," she continued, adding: "You have to drink a lot of water and probably, don't really, drink much alcohol. I've virtually given it up completely."

She Loves Fresh Air

The swimwear designer is a huge fan of the great outdoors. "I think fresh air is one of the most important things you can do at any age," she continued.

Liz enjoys beachy locations, country hikes, and any time she can get in her backyard.

She Focuses On Her Abs

Liz also told The Cut. "I might do some stomach exercises or some bottom or arm exercises, but because I trained for a dancer when I was young, I sort of know all the exercises."
