Cindy Crawford looks stunning with her sculpted legs out on display in a thigh-high slit dress. The 56-year-old supermodel proves that she still has the best legs in the game.

She Slays On The Catwalk

With a still-flawless figure, Cindy is proof that age is but a number. The supermodel can still slay on the catwalk, giving younger models a run for their money.

The iconic model walked for Savage x Fenty Vol. 3 while wearing a gorgeous jewel-toned silk dress that showed off her toned figure. As expected, Cindy looked stunning in the figure-flattering outfit. The thigh-high slit exposed her long legs, which were noticeably looking strong and sculpted.

She Runs On The Stairs

To keep her legs ready for high-heel action on the catwalk, Cindy never forgets to include leg exercises in her fitness regime. She prefers taking the stairs whenever she can to give her legs a good workout.

When she goes for a run on their Malibu property, she makes sure to do a quick jog on the sprawling stone staircase of their home.

"Sometimes the cardio is jumping on a trampoline, using a treadmill or elliptical, or running. We have stairs going down to the beach from our house. I put on an audiobook or music while I run the stairs at my house for 20 minutes. I just finished the Amy Schumer one, which was fantastic," she told The Cut.

She Does Squats

Aside from running, she also performs squats with a med ball, which intensifies the exercise. Cindy shared a clip of herself doing a med ball squat in her home gym, displaying perfect form while lifting the heavy ball up and down.

Squats target the quadriceps and hamstring muscles, says Mayo Clinic. Strengthening your leg muscles can help protect your knees and improve your mobility. Experts advise starting with 12 to 15 repetitions and to keep movements controlled.

She Gets Enough Sleep

One of her beauty secrets is getting enough rest and beauty sleep. As she told The Cut, that was one of the only pieces of advice she gave to daughter Kaia Gerber during her first fashion season.

"I just went with her on her first fashion season and I think the only advice I gave her was that you can only sleep five or six hours one night or two nights in a row. It’s cumulative — take the time to catch up on your sleep and have alone time."

She Is Consistent In Her Wellness Routine

Consistency is crucial to health and wellness. According to Cindy, there really are no "beauty secrets". Everyone already knows what's good and bad for their bodies. The important thing is to do the good things consistently.

"When people say, “What are your beauty secrets?” I’m like, the beauty secrets are that there are no secrets. We all know: Get enough sleep, drink water, don’t smoke. We all know those things — the secret is doing it consistently."
