Candice Swanepoel is showing off her swimwear style and her travel perks as she goes "somewhere salty." The South African beauty has been vacationing in Europe this summer, and photos from a gorgeous Italy bay this month showed off the views and the style. Candice modeled a skimpy swimsuit and cover-up skirt while enjoying the Italian heat, writing: "Somewhere salty" in her Instagram caption. She posed overlooking shores and in a baseball cap while showcasing her slender figure.

She Does Her 'Own' Yoga Style

Candice is happy to put a spin on a traditional concept. "I've been doing my own kind of yoga. It's not traditional yoga, but I put on some music and mix in some Pilates and squat resistance stuff I've learned over the years. It's calm: I can meditate through it and get some flow with some music. It's a little ritual for me. I do it every time I feel overwhelmed and stressed — I try at least twice a week," she told The Cut.

She Doesn't Restrict Herself

The Tropic of C founder continued: "It's being happy and healthy. I don't like restrict myself from certain foods that I want, or kill myself at the gym. It's really what's comfortable for my body at the time and what's best at that moment."

Candice is known for occasionally sharing her healthy eats on social media.

She Makes Breakfast Big

Speaking to InStyle, the mom of two revealed how she likes to balance her meals out. "It's all about balance for me. One meal in the day will be lighter than others, probably during lunch I will [eat something] heavier so that my body has time to burn it off. Night-time is something lighter, and I will always have a big breakfast," she dished.

She Loves A Quick Swim

The swimwear queen is at home in the water. "An ideal day would be to wake up quite early, make a nice breakfast, and take my time in the morning before taking my dogs for a walk, going to the beach, or having for a quick swim," Candice has separately stated.

Dr. Matthew Crowe, a Mayo Clinic orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine expert says:

"Swimming is easy on the joints, and it's very good for both cardiac health and your core strength. And it also can give you really excellent strength around the shoulders, and hips and knees."

She Makes Amazing Smoothies

Packing health into a glass is no problem for Candice, who is a pro smoothie maker. The leggy beauty told The Cut:

"My breakfast varies depending on my mood. I do a nice beauty smoothie. It contains coconut oil, flaxseed oil, banana, protein, some kind of antioxidant fruit like blueberries or strawberries, or some nut butter. I discovered it from doing research; I like to be on beauty blogs. I’ve always loved nutrition and because I’ve worked out for so many years, I’ve figured out what’s best for my body and keeping my energy up. It’s evolved from that."
