She Never Stops Moving

Christine is battling the clock, and she's winning.

"Don't stop moving because you'll rust. You have to grease the joints and keep moving," she told The Cut. "As long as I do that I feel great. If you start to hold still, they'll start acting. While I'm brushing my teeth, I'm doing leg lifts. When I'm drying my hair, I do all kinds of squats," she added.

She Leaps Out Of Bed

The go-getter is literally bouncing out of bed as she begins her day.

"I leap out of bed, go downstairs, and make myself a big cup of coffee. I also make myself a big cup of hot water and squeeze some lemons into it. Sometimes I’ll put in a little cayenne just to rev up the engine. For a while I was doing cappuccino art for my Instagram. If you go to #christiecappucino you can see it. So I have a cup I’m drinking while I’m drawing on the other ones. I’ll drink like, five cups of coffee. When I finish that, I try to get exercise in," she continued.

She's Bio With Raw Oats

Christie is a lover of slow-release oats, but she will pop a tablet to boost her vitamin levels.

"Sometimes I’ll just eat dinner leftovers because I can’t eat anything sweet in the morning. I get that crash. It has to be some protein. I use the Bio-K pill, it’s a kind of probiotic and they have a vegan and a dairy version. I take one of those, pour it over raw oats, and let it soak a bit while I get nuts and fruits," she also revealed.

She Eats A Balanced Diet

Christie is known for growing her own produce and showing off her garden wins. The Mayo Clinic advises to include: "a variety of foods from the major food groups: fruits; vegetables; whole grains; low-fat dairy products and lean protein, including beans and other legumes, nuts and seeds; and healthy fats."

She Wins At Healthy Breakfasts

The media personality gets her energy from her food.

"I rarely have time to cook it so I just eat it raw. Then I'll pour some flax seed on top of that and maybe a little wheat germ, then I'll grab a couple of handfuls of blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and rinse them off, toss them in and then I pour one of those Dannon things on top and stir it up. I always describe it…it's like a really moist juicy muffin. It is so good. I feel like it is giving you a lot of good things. You can also throw a handful of walnuts in there," she's shared.
