One would think that maintaining such shape requires spending hours of workouts at the gym and adhering to a strict workout plan, but the shocking truth is that the actress is not a gym person and does not have a workout plan. She stays active and participates in activities such as hiking, trekking in the mountains, and yoga.

In an interview with New Potato, the 29-year-old revealed that she has a lot of food allergies that restrict her diet. She can't eat her fantasy meal, so she takes lots of fruits and vegetables and water. She avoids dairy products, sugar, and carbs.

Per HollywoodZam, the television diva admits that she is passionate about food and misses dairy products and red meat as she has not taken it in about seven years due to her food allergic condition.

She sometimes starts her ideal food day with scrambled eggs and fresh fruits; Margherita pizza for lunch, and pasta primavera with grilled chicken for dinner.
