She Values Being Silly

Lighthearted attitudes rank highly for Anna. The star continued: "I'm trying to have a sense of play. A lot of my life over the last decade has been work, recover, work, recover. That doesn't leave much room for anything else. That's the mindset and the reality for a lot of people. You work and then recover so you can work some more. Putting some fun and silliness into my life is one of my goals."

She Values A Good Gloss

Anna is into her cosmetics, and she's dished. "I have this one by Hourglass; it's an oil with this gold-tip applicator, and it's schmancy-schmancy. When you get to the point that your lips are cracking, the price is worth it," she has stated.

She Works Out Regularly

Anna switches it up, and she loves everything from Pilates to outdoor hikes. The Mayo Clinic advises:

"Get at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or an equal combination of moderate and vigorous aerobic activity. The guidelines suggest that you spread out this exercise during the course of a week. To provide even greater health benefit and to assist with weight loss or maintaining weight loss, at least 300 minutes a week is recommended. But even small amounts of physical activity are helpful. Being active for short periods of time throughout the day can add up to provide health benefits."

She Makes Exercise Regular

Anna isn't a total gym nut, but she does make sure she keeps active regularly. The Mayo Clinic also states:

"Regular exercise can help you control your weight, reduce your risk of heart disease and certain cancers, and strengthen your bones and muscles. But if you haven't exercised for some time and you have health concerns, you may want to talk to your doctor before starting a new fitness routine." Anna fuels up with her favorite protein bars.
