Sarah Hyland is looking her best self just days before she made headlines for finally wedding Wells Adams. The sitcom star sizzled in a jeans and heels look while thrilling her Instagram followers recently, showing off her slender and fit frame and 100% nailing her casual-chic style.

The Modern Family actress went pretty in pink to pair her denim, writing: "I don't know about you, but I'm ready for a #glowgirlsummer with my @trysourse #youglowgirl."

She Won't Tolerate Shaming

Sarah comes with major health issues, ones that have left her on the light side. Trolls have left nasty comments, but Sarah is done.

"I've been reading some of your DMs and so many of you are like, 'Girl, you fine, but like, eat some bread!'" she fired back. "I would like to put in a request for anyone who is concerned about my bread consumption to send it to Wells Adams, because he is the sole person who knows about how much bread I consume on a daily basis. Thanks! Love you, mean it. 'K, bye,"

She's Watching Her Skin More

Sarah has admitted that she used to pay little attention to skincare. "I never really paid attention to skincare at all," she has told People. "I didn't think that it was necessary because it wasn't at that time. But as I got older, you start to be like, 'Oh, I should probably be taking care of myself more and eating more greens than fast food and using moisturizers instead of not and really investing in myself.' Rather than other trivial things."

She Takes Her Medication

Sarah has kidney dysplasia and received a donor kidney at the age of 21. "I don't mind when you say that I look pregnant. Or fat. Because I know that my face is swollen from my medication that is saving my life," she has stated, adding:

"My self confidence is not rendered from your comments. Because I will always be too fat. I will always be too skinny. I will never have enough curves to be called a woman. And I will always be judged for wearing a push up bra. Love the you you set out to be. Be the best version of yourself. Be healthy."

She Loves Cheese!

Speaking to Byrdie, Sarah got big into one type of dairy.

"Who cares! Eat the entire wedge of cheese if you want! If you feel good about yourself, that's really all that matters. Food is a big thing for me, not treating myself with food but allowing myself to be like, "It's okay, eat the entire thing of cheese," she exclaimed.

She Works Out

Sarah is often seen enjoying gentle walks or sharing workouts on her social media. The Mayo Clinic states: "Get at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or an equal combination of moderate and vigorous aerobic activity."
