She Takes Ample Care Of Herself

Over the years, Suzanne has picked up many beauty secrets and makeup tricks. The Suzanne Organics founder knows the importance of taking care of self-care, first for herself. Although, it was not until her breast cancer diagnosis in 2000 that she made a complete shift in her diet, sleeping habits, and mindset.

For her, "to not take care of yourself means you don't value yourself." Getting dressed for the day and presenting the "best face" possible is a big confidence booster for her.

She Indulges In Beauty Rituals

Suzanne loves to indulge in beauty rituals. One of her favorite ways to relax is an Epsom bath at night. While she is at it, she likes to multitask with a coconut oil mask as a hair and face treatment for extra hydration. When it comes to makeup, the Step By Step star sticks to organic products and firmly believes that less is more.

She has never had a facelift and stopped believing in fillers after the ones she got years ago shifted before dissolving. Every night, she applies an anti-aging concoction of liquid oxygen, ageless serum, glutathione serum, and CoQ10 moisturizer to her face and sticks to it religiously.

She Is In Tune With Her Body

WH reveals that Suzanne is a big believer in being in tune with her body, which is why she monitors her hormones with regular testing. She gives her body what it needs by utilizing supplements and vitamins as well as prebiotics and probiotics, depending on her deficiencies.

According to Mayo Clinic, supplements aren't for everyone, but older adults and others may need them to get the nutrients they might otherwise lack. For some people, supplements may be a useful way to get nutrients they might otherwise lack. However, supplements aren't intended to replace food as they can't replicate all of the nutrients and benefits of whole foods.

She Stays Consistent To Her Workout Routine

Per The Things, Suzanne has kept to the same workout routine for almost two decades and her favorite is yoga. She starts with a warm-up before going through deeper stretches and movements. The A New Way To Age author has been the spokesperson for Thighmaster for a long time, and she continues to do it regularly.

She eats healthy, moves her body every day, drinks lots of water, and tries to avoid toxins and processed food. She developed her own diet plan, Somersizing, a reduced carb, low-calorie diet which was first developed in her 1996 book, Eat Great, Lose

Weight.
