Priyanka Chopra is stunning in swimwear as she shows off her fit figure for a poolside hangout. The actress and wife to singer Nick Jonas continues to floor fans with her post-baby body, and this Instagram photo definitely got the thumbs-up. The 40-year-old also looked closer to 30 as she sizzled in the sun, wearing a skimpy bikini top and tight bike shorts as she added a loose white cover-up and black baseball cap.

Posing by a wicker egg chair and chic furnishings surrounding her pool, the Bollywood star wrote: "Sundaze."

She's Not Trying To Get Smaller

Health is wealth for Chopra, and that doesn't mean working on getting skinnier. "The idea is to keep fit and healthy and not shrink myself by two or three sizes," she revealed to Vogue India. "I find that trend amongst celebrities disturbing, since a lot of kids and teenagers strive to attain our kind of figures, but without proper guidance."

She's Into Toning Up

The mom of one also confirmed that she does aim to improve her muscle tone, continuing: "Honestly, I work out only when I need to. My body responds very quickly to exercise, so I don't need too long to tone up and get into shape. I want to hit the gym, but I work 15-hour days, and I'm exhausted by the end of it." She also revealed: "I have to stay super active and agile because I do my own stunts. I do all my fights myself. I trust my body and my instincts."

The Mayo Clinic recommends: "Get at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or an equal combination of moderate and vigorous aerobic activity. The guidelines suggest that you spread out this exercise during the course of a week. To provide even greater health benefit and to assist with weight loss or maintaining weight loss, at least 300 minutes a week is recommended."

She Goes Super Easy On Makeup

The busy star isn't into spending hours in the glam room. "I don't like usually having too much on my face, foundation and stuff, but just something to sort of keep it even, a little bit of blush mascara and I'm out of the door," she has revealed.

She Doesn't Eat After 8 P.M.

While Priyanka isn't necessarily intermittent fasting, she is watching when she eats. "I also pay attention to my diet. I was very used to eating dinner right before I went to bed, but I changed that completely. I try not to eat after 8 o'clock," the beautiful star told People.

She's Eased Up On The Caffeine

Noting past behaviors and working to improve on them, the Baywatch star added:

"I was chugging coffees all day and eating whenever I had time and sleeping whenever I had time. And I used to always be told when you're in your thirties, it will be different, and my thirties hit and it was. And I think I got aware about the fact that I want to take care of myself and of my well-being."
