She Doesn't Touch Processed Food

Elizabeth loves to grow her own produce and even calls herself a "farmer" on Instagram. The ex to Hugh Grant told The Times Style: "I haven't eaten processed food for 100 years. I don't eat sweets, I drink little alcohol, I don't smoke but I deeply regret that I once did. I have learnt to eat lighter and not so late."

And, more importantly, might we be getting a reboot?

She Balanced Out Her Foods

A little good, a little naughty does it for Liz. "I think one of the most transformative things that I've done is making 50 per cent of what I eat vegetable matter. If you have a slice of toast for breakfast, have an apple too. Counteract everything with vegetables," she also stated.

The Mayo Clinic suggests a diet rich in vegetables, advising:

"One particular group of vegetables known as cruciferous contains a potent phytochemical called sulforaphane. Research surrounding this phytochemical has shown it to be a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory, which aids in the prevention and treatment of several types of cancer. In addition, some studies show a correlation between consuming vegetables high in this phytochemical with a reduction in depression, improved pain management, reduction in obesity and improved conditions related to cardiovascular disease."

She Applies SPF

All that sunbathing comes with a risk. Liz ensures she protects her skin against the sun's powerful rays. "Hat and SPF 😇," she told her Instagram followers recently.

Per The Mayo Clinic, sunscreen should be applied whenever going out. "Those with very fair skin that always burns easily and rarely tans should use a product with SPF 20 to 30, per the clinic's recommendations. Fair skin that tans minimally requires sunscreen with SPF 12-20, while light skin that burns moderately and tans gradually needs SPF 8-12. Likewise, people with a medium skin tone (burns minimally, always tans well) are advised to go for SPF 4-8, whereas those with dark skin that rarely burns and tans profusely can stick to SPF 2-4," the site advises.

She Mixes Up Her Exercise

Liz likes to switch it up. In fact, she can't stand repetitive workouts.

"I do the occasional yoga or Pilates class, but mostly it's just self-exercise at home. I might do some stomach exercises or some bottom or arm exercises, but because I trained for a dancer when I was young, I sort of know all the exercises," she told The Cut.

She Likes Apple Cider Vinegar

Liz has revealed one health hack.

"I often put apple cider vinegar in my hot water. It tastes disgusting," she added.
