Kendall Jenner is stunning in a new bikini snap as she thrills her 255 million Instagram followers. The supermodel and reality star has been packing on the swimwear on her social media through summer 2022, and this photo went classic as it delivered a black-and-white finish and casual beachy vibe. Kendall stunned in a skimpy black bikini while enjoying a shorefront lounger, showing off her world-famous legs and toned abs as she knocked the camera dead. The Hulu star offered no caption.

She Loves Kickboxing

Muscles are power for Kendall. "I prefer to work out in the morning. To stay toned, I do a lot of ab work with my trainer, Gunnar Peterson, and occasionally I'll take a kickboxing class," she told Harper's Bazaar. Per The Mayo Clinic:

"Get at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or an equal combination of moderate and vigorous aerobic activity. The guidelines suggest that you spread out this exercise during the course of a week. To provide even greater health benefit and to assist with weight loss or maintaining weight loss, at least 300 minutes a week is recommended. But even small amounts of physical activity are helpful. Being active for short periods of time throughout the day can add up to provide health benefits."

She Eats A Healthy Lunch

Kendall loves candy and tortilla chips, but she does ensure that her meals are healthy and nutritious. "Most of the time lunch is really quick. I typically eat lean chicken and brown rice, and am always snacking on raw veggies with dip and hummus. I wish I had more time to do grocery shopping because I like picking out my own vegetables," she continued.

She Loves A Twix Bar

Back when the Kardashians had apps, Kendall took to hers to reveal her cheat foods. "I have low blood sugar, so I definitely need things to keep me going (aka lots of food!)," she wrote, adding: "Here's what will forever and always make my list: Twix, Justin's Peanut Butter, chips and guac, and hummus and carrots. See, pretty simple—just feed me, and I'm ready to go!"

She Enjoys Massages

Kendall has revealed anxiety battles due to her busy schedule, but she knows how to wind down.

"There's no set end time for when I'm off the clock. Some days I'll be on set until night; others, I'll leave the office for an interview, then head to an event or have to travel. It's a very fast-paced schedule. To relax, a massage is always nice, but I'll mostly get caught up on sleep or lounge at home with my sisters," she also told Harper's Bazaar.

She Tucks Into Pizza

Also dishing on her dinners, the Moon partner continued: "If I'm lucky, dinner is a normal time, like 6 P.M. In L.A., I love Nobu for sushi or Craig's, where I order the vegan spaghetti Bolognese or Margherita pizza."
