She Loves Outdoor Walks

Paige trains whenever she can. She told Eat This Not That: "Go on walks or hikes somewhere with pretty scenery or find a place that's peaceful where you can enjoy being active in the environment. When you surround yourself with sights you enjoy, it distracts from the fact that you're working out."

"Get at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or an equal combination of moderate and vigorous aerobic activity. The guidelines suggest that you spread out this exercise during the course of a week. To provide even greater health benefit and to assist with weight loss or maintaining weight loss, at least 300 minutes a week is recommended. But even small amounts of physical activity are helpful. Being active for short periods of time throughout the day can add up to provide health benefits," The Mayo Clinic advises.

Paige further dished on her mindset, adding: "If I don't eat enough it has the opposite effect on my body. I'm literally always hungry and always eating something healthy to fuel my body."

She Loves Sweet Treats

The former All Elite Wrestling star also confirmed: "If I deprive myself of good treats then I'm not happy, and when I'm not happy it's hard to stay positive. When I allow myself sweets in small amounts, it also prevents binge eating, which makes me feel sick afterward." Paige has alleged that the UFC led to her developing an eating disorder, however, she is now recovered.

She Goes By How Her Clothes Fit

Much like singer Jessica Simpson, Paige isn't into weighing herself. "Set goals, but understand muscle weighs more than fat so the number on the scale might even go up as you get more fit. To measure my success, I go by how my clothes fit," she also shared.
