The Award-winning actress has a shape that is not common to people in their 50s; we are talking about a figure that makes her look 30. The American beauty has revealed that her favorite exercise is running, which is one of the things she does to stay fit.

The Healthline confirms this, stating that" running for 5-10minutes at a moderate pace may help reduce your risk of death from heart attacks, strokes, and other common diseases".

She Takes A Ten Minute Walk Daily

 

As a busy person, she battles with stress, which is why she takes a ten-minute walk daily.

"There's something about that work that has changed me in the past year, just being in nature, taking a real deep breath. If you take just ten minutes like a real ten minutes of the walk; it makes all the difference". Chenoweth said about her walking habit.
