She Eats Healthy

Alexandra has revealed her go-to healthy eats. She told Muscle & Fitness: "Salads, fish, and rice, especially before a workout. I keep Lara bars in my purse. I also love avocados. I’ll cut one in half, put some olive oil and salt on it—that’s a healthy and filling snack."

She Weight-Trained For Baywatch

Alexandra was put through her paces for Baywatch. "For Baywatch, I started doing weight training, which I had never done before, and I saw a huge difference," she told Women's Health. "It was kind of amazing, the transformation I went through."

The Mayo Clinic advises: "Get at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or an equal combination of moderate and vigorous aerobic activity. The guidelines suggest that you spread out this exercise during the course of a week. To provide even greater health benefit and to assist with weight loss or maintaining weight loss, at least 300 minutes a week is recommended."

She Listens To Her Trainer

Name-dropping her trainer in an interview, The White Lotus star revealed: "Patrick emphasizes the importance of diet, without depriving you of anything," adding: "He suggest foods that are good for you, without telling you to cut back on the amount you’re eating, so I’ve always felt great when I’ve made those better choices. It’s about the quality and, again, a focus on overall health."

She Meditates

Daddario likes to keep it zen and calm. "I’ve tried to get into meditation more. I've also focused on connecting with people. It's about not letting people into your life who don't serve you and refocusing who you have around you. I also do a lot of yoga now that yoga is open. And I have a wonderful partner who's helped me throughout this reopening journey. I feel very lucky, having someone to go through it with," she told Byrdie
