The 31-year-old supermodel spent last weekend at the "bay" with her nearest and dearest, and she included her son Sylvester in her video. The footage shared on the star's Instagram was touching but also revealing as Emily showed off her supermodel figure in a skimpy red bikini. The mom of one wowed with her peachy booty and toned legs on show, also seemingly enjoying the fresh air.

She Loves To Eat Meat

Vegan isn't Emily's jam. "You know, I'm a carnivore. I really like to eat meat. I crave iron so I am definitely not the kind of person who you will find eating a salad. I like to keep it really balanced to give my body energy and also be healthy. I cook a lot, so that really helps: You know how much salt and sugar and all of that kind of stuff you are putting in your body," she revealed to Elle while discussing her diet.

She Craves Doritos

The Inamorata founder is all about balance. "I think its good to indulge occasionally. I wouldn't say I am the type of girl who craves Doritos but I definitely love a good cupcake sometimes. You know what I mean? Or a croissant in the morning. I think it is like really important to give yourself a break. And also just really think about where things are coming from what kind of ingredients are going into your body," she has also shared.

The Mayo Clinic advises to include: "fruits; vegetables; whole grains; low-fat dairy products and lean protein, including beans and other legumes, nuts and seeds; and healthy fats" as part of a healthy diet.

She Goes Social For Workouts

Emily likes to work out in a crowd. Dishing on her exercise regimen, the brunette beauty shared: “I'm one of those people who, if I go to the gym by myself, there's a 50/50 chance of me actually working out and really pushing myself, so the class environment works really, really well for me."

She Adores Yoga

The Versace ambassador likes to stretch and sweat, stating: "I really like being outside and doing yoga, so I do a lot of hiking in L.A. and I have a yoga studio really close to my house that I go to like once a week."
