She Is Social-Media Savvy

As she shifted from professional golfing to golf instructor-influencer, Paige has made use of her social media reach to connect with her fans. In one of her posts, the bombshell posed with a popsicle, while wearing a bikini top and sitting on a putting green in her backyard.

Biting her nail in one hand and holding a pink popsicle in the other, Paige promoted a new style of headcover for her brand partner Swag Golf.

"Ready for dessert?" she wrote on her post.

She Works Out Regularly

Navigating social media isn't the only thing Paige is good at, she is also quite the fitness expert. She has been sharing her fitness journey on her YouTube vlog, along with some health and wellness tips for her followers.

"When it comes to my workouts, I want to try all new things," Paige said. "I want to keep up my lifting because I feel that when I lift, I hit the golf ball a lot farther."

She Does Intermittent Fasting

To keep her figure bikini-ready, Paige watches what she eats. In her fitness diary, she detailed that she sometimes does intermittent fasting.

"I'm going to do intermittent fasting so I'm going to be eating from 10 o'clock to 6 o'clock and I might switch it up at some point to 7 o'clock to 3 o'clock," she shared.

According to Mayo Clinic, some studies suggest that intermittent fasting may be beneficial in reducing inflammation in the body. However, fasting also has side effects, which include hunger, fatigue, insomnia, nausea, and headaches.

She Is Proud Of Her Body

When Paige made it to Sports Illustrated, the golfer excitedly shared the news with her fans. In an Instagram post, Paige celebrated the milestone with an inspiring message about self-love.

"It’s taken a long time, but I’m proud of my body! I’m proud of who I am! I’m proud that I can be strong, smart, AND sexy! SI Swim embraces ALL women, no matter what, and just wants them to feel loved. You should feel loved and powerful and unapologetically YOU!"
