Nicole Scherzinger is telling fans to chill out as she stuns in a new swimwear post on Instagram. The former Pussycat Dolls singer continues to show off her fit figure in bikinis as she enjoys a healthy lifestyle, and this photo brought her out on a paddleboard. Showing off her killer abs and toned waist in a skimpy blue top and sarong, the reality judge sizzled in the sun and right from the water as she told her followers: "Worry less. Paddle more. #lakelife." Fans have left over 40,000 likes.

She Cooks Her Own Chicken

Nicole loves to get busy in the kitchen and she isn't afraid to experiment with tasty dishes. "I cook a family dish called Oyster Chicken, I love that! It's a really light Asian dish. It's pretty much sautéed oyster chicken with lots of sauce and tons of vegetables thrown into a pot. I make Japanese rice to go with it. It's really tasty and healthy for you," she told Glamour.

She Does Bikram Yoga

Nicole is a massive yogi and often shares her impressive moves on Instagram. "When I’m home I like to take a spinning class called Soul Cycle or I like to do hot yoga - a modified version of bikram yoga - or hiking, and core power yoga in LA," the 43-year-old told Women's Health.

“I love Svava’s technique. With me, she does a combination of her functional training, martial arts and ballet isolation exercises. In all my years of training, the Viking Method is unlike anything I have ever done," she added.

She Works Out A Lot

Nicole has updated in the splits, surfing, hiking, and biking.

The Mayo Clinic advises:

"Get at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or an equal combination of moderate and vigorous aerobic activity. The guidelines suggest that you spread out this exercise during the course of a week."

She Loves A Varied Diet

Nicole doesn't hide what lands on her plate.

"For breakfast I love eggs and toast and smoked salmon or bacon, or porridge. For lunch I like maybe some soup or some sushi. For dinner, anything from pasta to rice, and meats and veggies, to sushi," adding: "When I'm going to indulge, I love pasta, pizza, I love Mexican with lots of cheese. I love French fries, or crisps – salt and vinegar crisps. In terms of snacks: almonds, coconut water, bits of coconut, baby carrots," the Hawaii-born star has revealed.
