She Doesn't Focus On The Scale

Paige has alleged that the UFC gave her an eating disorder and now she doesn't focus on her weight.

"Don't stress yourself out about numbers on the scale," she told Eat This Not That. "Set goals, but understand muscle weighs more than fat so the number on the scale might even go up as you get more fit. To measure my success, I go by how my clothes fit."

She Says It's Okay To 'Restart'

The MMA-trained fighter continued: "Give yourself time to adjust to the lifestyle. Nothing changes overnight. Your body needs time to adjust and it gets easier as it becomes a lifestyle," adding: "It's never too late to start and it's never too late to try again. If you eat badly or don't exercise one day, it's okay to restart. Never give up on yourself."

She Works Out Regularly

Paige does weights, cardio, outdoor hiking, and even recovers with ice baths.

The Mayo Clinic advises: "Get at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or an equal combination of moderate and vigorous aerobic activity. The guidelines suggest that you spread out this exercise during the course of a week. To provide even greater health benefit and to assist with weight loss or maintaining weight loss, at least 300 minutes a week is recommended. But even small amounts of physical activity are helpful. Being active for short periods of time throughout the day can add up to provide health benefits."

She Substitutes Tofu For Chicken

The blonde has even revealed getting adventurous in the kitchen, saying: "I'll substitute tofu for chicken when I'm cooking curry and trick myself into eating more veggies by adding spices. It helps big time." In 2022, Paige is fronting meal kit company The Chicken Pound.
