She Is Committed To Fitness

Dedication is key! The newlywed actress is booked and busy but she hustles hard to make sure she gets her workouts done. According to her fitness trainer Chad Landers, Sarah is very dedicated and works hard to push herself.

"I have dozens of exercises that I toss in and out of it to keep her from getting bored, and work things in different planes of motion," Landers told People. "Sarah is very dedicated. She really enjoys working out and pushing herself."

According to Mayo Clinic, adults need to get at least 150 minutes of moderate activity or 75 minutes of vigorous activity a week to reap the benefits of exercise. For weight loss, 300 minutes is recommended.

She Does Weight Training

Sarah likes to keep her workouts varied but weight training is a must for this pint-sized star. As she shared with Women's Health, she has been working on building muscle for a shapelier figure.

“Coming from someone who likes to joke around and call myself ‘SpongeBob Squarepants,’ not a very curvaceous woman by any means, it's amazing what you can do with your body to create shape with muscle.”

She Takes Daily Supplements

To combat her health challenges and make sure her body gets the nutrients it needs, Sarah takes daily supplements. She founded the vitamin company Sourse and has been sharing her favorite supplements on her page.

“That has been saving my life because I have not been able to get your eight hours of sleep as of late,” she told Women's Health. “It's been a lot balancing it, but it's just been a blast and I just feel so great being a part of it all.”

She Enjoys Trying New Things

The former dancer says that stepping out of your comfort zone can open up fun opportunities that you might enjoy. Sarah got to try out an aerial exercise and shared an impressive pose on her Instagram account. While hanging on to fabrics hanging from the ceiling, Sarah pointed her toes and showed off her flexibility with her leg wrapped around the hanging cloth.

"Stepping out of my box and trying new fun things for myself! Gonna join the circus ❤️," she captioned her post.
