She Treats Her Body

Anna is into balance, and that includes allowing her body what it needs. "The times in my life when I tried to restrict the foods I love always backfired, and I ended up feeling miserable. For me, it's all about really being present in my body, not depriving it," the Pitch Perfect star told Shape.

She Loves Hiking

Continuing, Anna revealed a love of outdoor workouts, stating: "Right now I'm in a hiking phase. I live in a funky hilly area of L.A., and I realized I had to commit to going on a hike because I get my best ideas then. Actually, it's more like mental clarity. Sometimes I'm in my head too much, and I overanalyze things. When I'm walking, I can work through whatever it is."

She Values A Sense Of Play

Mental wellness includes fun moments for Anna. "I'm trying to have a sense of play. A lot of my life over the last decade has been work, recover, work, recover. That doesn't leave much room for anything else. That's the mindset and the reality for a lot of people. You work and then recover so you can work some more. Putting some fun and silliness into my life is one of my goals, " she further stated.

She Loves To Move

Anna regularly updates her Instagram outdoors and with her bicycle. When it comes to the benefits of exercise, The Mayo Clinic suggests:

"Get at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or an equal combination of moderate and vigorous aerobic activity. The guidelines suggest that you spread out this exercise during the course of a week."
