She Can Stay Level-Headed

The blue-eyed beauty showed off her toned legs in a dress and sneakers as she got energetic in front of the lens, telling fans: "@womenshealthmag."

The White Lotus forced Daddario to travel to Hawaii during the height of the global pandemic, and the actress has opened up about the experience. Speaking to Byrdie, she said:

"At the beginning of the pandemic, I was in New York. I grabbed my best friend who lived in a studio apartment and was like, Let's get out of town and go to my house in L.A. We came to L.A. with another friend, and then the three of us quarantined together. But then I went back to work around July or August. I went to the East Coast, booked a job in Hawaii, and then spent the rest of the year there, essentially."

She Heals In Nature

Alexandra loves the outdoors. Speaking to Women's Health Mag, she revealed: “I’ve found that my body heals faster and responds better if I’m in tune with myself and can be in nature."

She Loves Yoga And Workouts

Daddario adores yoga and getting her heart rate up with cardio. The Mayo Clinic advises:

"Get at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or an equal combination of moderate and vigorous aerobic activity. The guidelines suggest that you spread out this exercise during the course of a week. To provide even greater health benefit and to assist with weight loss or maintaining weight loss, at least 300 minutes a week is recommended. But even small amounts of physical activity are helpful. Being active for short periods of time throughout the day can add up to provide health benefits."

She Stays Zen With Meditation

Alexandra believes in the power of the mind and has dished on her practices. "I’ve tried to get into meditation more. I've also focused on connecting with people. It's about not letting people into your life who don't serve you and refocusing who you have around you. I also do a lot of yoga now that yoga is open," she has shared.
