Christie Brinkley is looking sensational while backed by oceans. All sweater weather vibes in a recent Instagram share, the 68-year-old supermodel defied her age as she flaunted her world-famous good looks and kept it easy breezy in a striped look. The blonde showed off her killer legs and age-defying face as she sent out a massive smile, as she fronted Long Island Woman. She Leaps Out Of Bed

Christie always has a spring in her step - from the moment she wakes up. "I leap out of bed, go downstairs, and make myself a big cup of coffee. I also make myself a big cup of hot water and squeeze some lemons into it. Sometimes I’ll put in a little cayenne just to rev up the engine. For a while I was doing cappuccino art for my Instagram. She Does Spin Classes

Christie makes sure she stays in tip-top shape with cardio. "As far as exercise goes, everyone always asks if I use the Total Gym and yes, I really do. But I also might go to a spin class or work with weights. I would say running is my favorite way to sweat, but I’m not really supposed to do that anymore because of injuries," she added.

The Mayo Clinic suggests to "get at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or an equal combination of moderate and vigorous aerobic activity."

She Eats Dinner For Breakfast

"Sometimes I’ll just eat dinner leftovers because I can’t eat anything sweet in the morning. I get that crash. It has to be some protein," Brinkley has also revealed of her unusual eating habits.

She Loves Mozzarella

Revealing her favorite food to The Cut, the star added: "The big thing that always gets me is mozzarella cheese. Life is too short. If there’s juicy mozzarella cheese and there’s a piece of pizza under it … why not?"
