She Values Herself

Addison has been beaten down by trolls, but she won't let them eat away at her. "Self-worth is a big thing that I've been working on the past few months even because it's definitely a real struggle, and it does affect you in your daily life, having not very high self-worth," she's stated, per PopSugar. "That's something big that I want to work on, and therapy is a great way to do that and kind of also an outlet to speak on things that are bothering you internally, even externally. Just being able to have someone to talk to has been a big thing for me," the He's All That actress added.

She Never Gave Up

Noting her rapid rise to fame as she spoke to Glamour, Addison revealed her dedication edge, stating:

"I thought I had to give up on all my dreams, but about four to five months later I started social media and TikTok. All of a sudden – out of nowhere – I was posting all the time and getting likes, views and followers. Social media offered me a really awesome roadway to take. Sometimes the road you didn't think you were going to take is the one that you do, and you're glad that you did.”

She's Okay With Her Body

Addison is into self-acceptance, regardless of what other people think. “I used to ask myself, ‘Why doesn't my body look like that? Or why isn't my hair that way? Or why is my face this way?’ Or even feature-wise, sometimes I would just really look at myself and pick myself apart for no reason. There is so much going on in the world today, adding self-esteem onto that is really tough," she further shared.

She Works Out A Ton

Addison is a dancer, but she also adores swimming and Pilates. The Mayo Clinic states:

"Get at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or an equal combination of moderate and vigorous aerobic activity. The guidelines suggest that you spread out this exercise during the course of a week."
