She Drinks Tea Every Day

To start off her day, Florence drinks her favorite cup of tea. She shared her love for tea and her typical daily diet in Harper's Bazaar's Food Diaries series.

"A typical breakfast for me is... first of all, I have to wake up and make myself a tea. I can't have anything before I've had my tea. I have a Yorkshire tea with oat milk."

She Enjoys Kickboxing

She can be pretty badass when she is preparing for a movie. As she told Glamour, she was pretty excited to train for her Marvel role and to beat up Scarlett Johansson in their scenes.

“I really enjoy stunts. I wanted to do as many stunts, so straight away I learnt kickboxing and knife training!”

Florence worked with her long-time trainer James Shields to help her get in shape. She shared in a podcast guesting that she did two-hour kickboxing sessions that she thoroughly enjoyed.

She Does CrossFit

Another activity that Florence enjoys is CrossFit. She discovered her love for the fitness regimen when she trained for a role as a WWE wrestler in Fighting With My Family.

“Those sessions in CrossFit are difficult. You do have to push yourself,” Florence shared in an interview.

CrossFit is a form of high-intensity interval training. This type of exercise is an effective and time-efficient way to tone and strengthen the muscles. While it has many benefits, Mayo Clinic notes that high-impact HIIT training may not be appropriate for everyone.

She Is Proud Of Her Body

Taking care of yourself requires self-love and Florence is beaming with self-acceptance and confidence. At a fashion event, the actress made headlines after wearing a pink sheer gown that revealed her body.

She explained in an Instagram post that there wasn't a wink of her that was nervous to wear the dress and she absolutely rocked the look.

"I’m very grateful that I grew up in a household with very strong, powerful, curvy women. We were raised to find power in the creases of our body."
